During the holiday season people reflect as to what they have accomplished the previous year and set goals for the upcoming year.
One goal that is often put on hold is preparing a Will or Estate Plan because people are torn or indecisive about how to set things up. The result of not planning is typically more expensive, more stress inducing, and often, not the result the individual would want. In many ways, not preparing an estate plan is the ultimate form of selfishness.
So as we begin 2015, now would be a good time to make it a New Year’s Resolution to work on a Will or Estate Plan before it is too late.
